Wearing under trousers isn't an issue. Wish there were some that had more "natural" fabrics in like cotton or wool, but still with good compression, as nylon is cold in the winter (need to wear wool socks on top for warmth). And it would be great if they had some designs in them so it wasn't obvious you were wearing "old folks" compression socks.
