Review: Manky Drunk - I'm on to my 3rd batch of mead now. A teaspoon straight on top of a 4.5 litre demi. 2kg organic honey. Starting gravity 1.100 coming down to between about 1.020 and 1.010. Very sweet and nocks my socks off at about 13%+ABV. I'm fermenting at around 18 degrees C. It still goes after 4 weeks but I stop it around there.

I'm on to my 3rd batch of mead now. A teaspoon straight on top of a 4.5 litre demi. 2kg organic honey. Starting gravity 1.100 coming down to between about 1.020 and 1.010. Very sweet and nocks my socks off at about 13%+ABV. I'm fermenting at around 18 degrees C. It still goes after 4 weeks but I stop it around there.
