It takes a lot of work to suck such thick liquid through a thin straw. We pour it into a glass. We use the Ensure Plus for overnight snacking because of the screw-on lid. **Q: What is the shelf life (unopened) of this product?** A: Just like any edible product, there is a “best by” date on the package. There is no way for me to know what will be shipped to you. It’s never been an issue.
