I have a small area that I need to keep my horses in and my gelding can be pushy. If he doesn't know the fence is on, then he won't touch it, but my friend's horses pushed through my other solar fencers and showed my herd that the line wasn't hot. So now I needed to get something with some juice to it. I love the battery back up as we are up north and we don't have alot of sun in the winter. It was hot last evening when I set it up and maxed out my tester. My gelding went right to it and decided not to push through. I got a shock on accident and I can tell you it works!
