Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable & versatile *by S***E on November 13, 2023* Ideally I would prefer a full body panel but this was the most affordable option with maximum number of lights, settings, and a free standing option so I can put it anywhere. I'm not an expert but I read light therapy stimulates ATP production in the cell to increase healing, blood flow, immunity, and anything else that is having difficulty functioning due to regular aging. Basically it makes your cell more efficient in its normal processes so it's not a snake oil cure all but it helps you do what you use to do when you were younger. I don't know if you'd like this if you have too much energy already or can't sit in one place for too long. There aren't a lot of instructions for the unit but the design is intuitive and easy to figure out. Put the top part in first. The only quality complaint I have is u have to put weights on the bottom cuz it's top heavy and if u have kids or animals its not safe to leave unattended. The lamps are bendable so you can shape it to your face, scalp, shoulders, or any part of the body you need. I've read some medical studies so I'm doing 3 minutes 660nm eyes open and 20 minutes for the selected body part at a higher level of infared with dark glasses on that the lamp comes with. You can dim the lamp for the eyes which is great and it's supposed to be good for eye health. According to the studies I read there's no difference between a 1 hour treatment and a 20 minutes cuz your body can only absorb so much in one sitting. 660nm runs at the same time as 850nm or 940nm which according to the study on PDT that I read increases the light penetration for both frequencies.
