No bluetooth either which means no audio lag or loss of quality. So this converting USB audio to clean Optical via a DAC/Amp combo using Quobuz bit perfect mode or desertcart Music Ultra HD tracks wow! Movies sound fantastic too. As do games. Plug it into USB on a computer, phone or tablet (including via a Lightning adaptor on iPad/iPhone), and you get out optical audio, suitable for many items of audio equipment. I tested it thoroughly. It provides bit perfect performance on CD-standard digital audio -- 44.1kHz -- and also supports 48kHz, 96kHz and 192kHz, 16 and 24 bits. It does NOT support 88.2kHz or 176.4kHz. These are relatively rare, but do exist. Your device will convert them to 96kHz or 192kHz. Formats as shown in image.
