Review: Good support - This belt does offer good support but i found it uncomfortable to sit down in so often found myself taking it on and off. It really did help with my SPD when walking though! Wold recommend buying the largest size if you are second/third trimester as you can adjust it with the velcro straps to make it smaller and then it wouldn't be uncomfortable to go from standing to sitting in it. I bought the medium size and think the problem was it was just a bit too small for my huge bump!

This belt does offer good support but i found it uncomfortable to sit down in so often found myself taking it on and off. It really did help with my SPD when walking though! I bought this when I was 8 months pregnant in an effort to help with the weight of the baby on my back. It was completely useless. Not only did the Velcro not stay put and ride up past my bump, but it was incredibly itchy. Ended up using it as a door stop for one of our doors that wouldn't stay open. It works great for that. Pretty pricey door stop option though.
