ImmunoReagentsâ€TM normal pig serum is used as a blocking agent or as a control for immunoassays. All serum is obtained from healthy, disease free animals. Serum is lipid extracted and buffer exchanged against phosphate buffer. Our serum is supplied in lyophilized form without preservative. It is recommended to reconstitute the normal serum with DI water and add a preservative of choice, or to aliquot reconstituted serum and store frozen to prevent contamination. ImmunoReagents is a manufacturer of quality research and production reagents for the Life Science Industries. Product lines include a wide range of antibodies used in ELISA, immunohistochemistry (IHC), western blotting, flow cytometry (FACS), immunofluorescence and microscopy.  Antibodies produced cover a broad range of Immunoglobulin s from various species cross absorbed to provide high specificity.
