They have been hand carved to sheer perfection by a brilliant team of wood carvers based in Bali, Indonesia. I cannot fault the customer care. However I do warn you that the stick is quite brittle and the head snapped off when my stick was knocked over onto a hard linolium floor. Thankfully it was a very clean break and glued back on no problem and the join is barely visible. Apart from that the stick feels good in the hand and i would buy another in the future as it's a very cool piece of kit , just be careful with it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by W***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 April 2018* Love this stick.
