It arrived today with 2 transducers, one for icefishing and another for boat application. The icefishing transducer will not power the unit up, while the boat transducer works just fine. It bothers me that a company as well-known as Lowrance would let this out of the factory without testing. I am going to find out how good their customer service is. I'm asking for a replacement transducer to save returning it and taking a chance of something worse. UPDATE: Amazon is sending a replacement unit, another week of waiting, and it will miss the fishing trip I purchased it for! NO overnight replacement shipping due to a faulty product I guess.
