I make my own hot chocolate mix with powdered milk, fake sugar (diabetic), cocoa powder, and cinnamon. (For extra nutrition , I heat milk either in a pan or in a mug in the microwave, then add the mix. Double milk, double protein.) I could never find powdered vanilla extract. These marshmallows are vanilla flavored and scented, so they add just the perfect touch. The best part is they can go straight into the jar with the other dry ingredients for gifting.
