I grabbed an Anker 3.0 USB -> C and it began working immediately. Fantastic klipper screen device. High quality display (still haven't peeled the protective cover) integrated directly to a pi, truly a seamless setup. I printed a case off thingiverse and it's a great handheld unit. Overall the best bang for your buck klipper screen. Review: I have been running this display for klipperscreen now for a couple of weeks and it seems to be doing the job perfect! I designed and printed a case and mount for it to be mounted above 3 printers on a muscle rack. Because of the way klipperscreen works and this display I was able to quickly and easily plug it into the Intel nuc that is running klipper via USB and HDMI. The screen appears to be capacitive touch, meaning you don't need to push on it to have it register the press. It has bright colors (not shown well in the picture), and also allows me to toggle between the 3 printers on that shelf.
