Review: A must!! - Play tennis year round in SW Florida and I have to work hard to redyrate and replace essential electrolytes. In the summers this becomes critical. So I was eager to try Biosteel having read that it is the simiilar formula of the white and pink drinks one sees the pros drinking during matches. It has no sugar which is a real plus for me. I have only tried the mixed berry. Flavorwise it's fine. I played with the dilution until it worked for me and make sure I drink plenty of water as well as Biosteel during matches. Am finding I have more energy with Biosteel than previous products I've used.

**Q: Why does this say it can expose you to lead and other chemicals if it's supposed to be natural? Should I be concerned?**
A: Thank you for your question. Prop 65 is a ruling which requires a warning statement on consumer products being sold in the state of California, that could contain very small amounts of naturally occurring metals such as lead or cadmium. Lead and cadmium are metals that are naturally found in soil, water and air and taken up by crops. During the manufacturing process, ingredients are tested and purified but very small amounts of metals will sometimes remain, and this is normal. 

Please note that California’s limits for metals is extremely low, even lower than the FDAs, making it nearly impossible for any company to avoid using the Prop-65 warning if they sell in the state of California. 

All BioSteel products undergo routine quality testing, including testing at NSF and third party laboratories to ensure that the limits for metals are below the threshold of both the FDA and Health Canada. Further, our products are tested to ensure that they are safe to consume and compliant under the regulations of many different jurisdictions.

I wanted to give this 5 stars. The taste is delicious! Probably the best on the market but I could not believe how the package came less than 1/2 full. It was almost laughable how little was actually in the small package. I hope it was just a fluke. The taste really is delish! Like cotton candy
