It’s also easy to share the software with other family members etc without repeating all the initial set up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love It *by S***N on 13 January 2026* Excellent Product! ### ⭐ Dead after 6 months. *by G***O on 22 October 2024* Downgrading to one star as the product stopped working after 6 months, the camera is no longer displayed on the indoor unit, it doesn't ring and the app reports "device not found". The product exceeded my expectations, physical installation was a breeze thanks to the included drilling templates, screwdriver and cables. We did a modification to the (also included) 24v power supply , by cutting it open with a saw and wiring it directly to the mains so it would fit inside a wall box. The cabling is where it got tricky, the doorbell and the screen unit are linked through two cables that, given the +/- signs on the connectors, it leads one to think that they are used to power the doorbell. Well, no they are used for data as well, we had a previous doorbell installation with a 2 pair cable (orange/blue) and we decided to use the white cables for - and orange/blue for +, and that would power up the doorbell but it would not link to the screen, after 2 hours of troubleshooting it worked like a charm once we used just the blue/orange cables.
