it feels sturdy, has a great screen, takes great quality pictures, has good quality signal strength, and most importantly it made and received calls. We purchased this phone as a replacement for my son's iPhone that died. However, the phone looked and felt great, so much so that I ended up taking the phone for myself and gave my son my old iPhone. Unfortunately, shortly after setting up the phone, it developed a fault with the speaker/sound, it just stopped working, it worked on a bluetooth speaker but not on the device itself, and the vibrate still worked so I knew when calls were coming in. After factory resetting it, the sound still did not come back! I contacted the seller and they were nothing short of excellent. They ran through some troubleshooting steps and I sent them a video of the fault, and they agreed that there was a hardware fault and agreed to send a new device. It is strong and came in excellent condition. I've had it for 5 months but it has now started to glitch. The phone freezes a lot!! and takes ages to move from app to app. Picture quality is ok, but videoing on apps is a no go, words are not in sync. I am using this phone as a back up until I get ,y new one..
