My review is a first impression review, since I have only used it once. I will come back and update it once I use it more.After my third baby, my hair began thinning out and falling out. Like literally, I would wash my hair and a handful would come out...then I would brush my hair and a handful would come out. I would take it out of a hair tie and a ton of hair would come with it...I WOULD RUN MY FINGERS THROUGH MY HAIR AND IT WOULD JUST FALL OUT. It's was terrifying. On top of it all, I have always had dry scalp/flake issues, but it was getting bad. My husband even commented on it, and he is usually pretty careful about his words. ;) I'm the biggest "yeah right" person when scrolling through reviews, and I always second guess purchasing items I've never heard of but I was desperate to not be bald AND have such a dry scalp.I have used this shampoo once (wash, rinse and repeat) and the B-Complex thickening conditioner (as per directions) and my hair feels clean and normal again. I'll have one or two stands come out, but that's normal and this is the clearest my scalp has been in 10 years. I'm not exaggerating. If this shampoo continues to do what it did, it will be the only shampoo I ever buy.Additional information: I do not wash my hair every day, it is typically on the dry side/not oily, I do not color my hair and it gets very minimal forced heat.
