I've owned an accounting firm for 19 years and have had loyal team members until Covid hit. I then went through a period of time where my turnover rate was 75% - yikes and ouch. Now that pandemic is over, I aime to fix our turnover rate. I've been consuming books on leadership, but ran across this book. This is a MUST read! The ideas laid out in the book show how different the landscape is and how I must change as a firm owner. It's filled with ideas from the start of the process - interviewing goes on to on-boarding, training and even gives ideas on how to off-board people that continue to be your champions. Thank you Joey for writting such a book filled with ideas that will help me with my goal to get to 10% turnover rate. Donna Lim
