I've been doing the Beach Body workouts- P90x. They work pretty well! They have a small order to them (I think because they are new), but otherwise, no scratches or anything. Easy to assemble, good weights to start out with. If I need to go heavier, I'll just order those heavyweights independently. A lot of dumbbells I looked at, don't come with a rack, so that was a plus. I'll update this review in 6mo to see how these dumbbells are holding up!Note: I'm an avid gym-goer, I lift pretty heavy, runner, and cyclist. The weights are nice, gym quality. The rack is solid, but did require shims when set up to balance it out (not due to the floor being uneven, just think of it like a wobbly restaurant table where the left and right side legs just don't align properly in height). The fact that the set doesn't come with 35 lbs and 45lbs dumbbells is a real downer as those are two sets I use quite a bit so will have to add them separately. But I knew that going in so it doesn't detract any stars.
