Product Description          This paste made from groundnuts and African spices, lends a creamy and intriguingly delicious taste to lamb, mutton and most other red meats. Ideal for suya kebab.             Ingredients          Ground nut paste, pepper, ginger, clove, nutmeg, spices, groundnut oil and salt.

                 Directions          Into a sauce pan, pour in 1/2 pint of water, finely chopped whole onion, 1lb or 500gm strips of lamb and a dash of groundnut oil, and then add 2 – 3 dessert spoonfuls of paste. Stir and bring to the boil for 5 minutes, reduce heat and simmer for 25 – 30 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve with boiled rice. Alternatively, marinade meat and use as kebabs.
