In that time I feel like I’ve tried every possible container on the market and never found anything I loved until this. I’ve been using this container for about a year and I just had to report back that this is THE ONE. It’s the perfect size to hold two generous servings of snacks. It’s really well made. My kiddo is not careful with it and it still looks brand new. One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to wash. The silicone lid insert quickly pops in and out and everything is dishwasher safe. I’ve run this through the dishwasher 5 nights a week for the last year without issue. I love that the lid is connected so there’s nothing to go missing at school and it’s easy to close for my relatively young kiddo. The lid is tight and secure and nothing leaks. I often send a “wet” fruit like watermelon on one side and a dry snack like crackers on the other. I’ve never had an issue with leaking between compartments. I can find no fault with this container. I like it so much that I’ve ordered a second one to send in her lunchbox when I pack a thermos. It’s the perfect size to send a couple of sides along with a hot entree in a thermos. Perhaps the biggest endorsement of this container is that her teacher emailed me wanting the details so she can order one for her kiddo. I have been using small plastic snack containers because the teacher was throwing out sealing bags. My daughter started liking yogurt or a wet fluid like apple sauce and outmeal as a breakfast. I was tired of securing those temporary containers.This is perfect! The container fits in her lunchbag with room for another bag or a juice even. The color is super cute, and it matched her sort of style. I went for a classic pink that matches her bag and looks cute with her class label on it.The material is lightweight but feels solid. My favorite aspect of the container is the ability to wash the seal by removal. The seal is leakproof for us. The material so far has not stained either. I like the feel of the seal material. Plus the quality of the material is excellent.The box opens and closes easy for her little hands. I really like the sturdy hinges. This will last us awhile I can tell.I almost want to buy one more for my husband in a different color. I can fit an apple or a breakfast sandwich in the round side.I actually was trying to find a smaller container but was having a hard time finding one with a seeing or transparent view as she is picky. While the top is not something she can see through the bottom is.Personally the container is absolutely worth the price. I wish I bought it before the snack disposable plastic containers.
