We used this in our 145-gallon outdoor tank with goldfish and lily pads. We’re in Central Texas where it’s been super hot and sunny, and the algae was getting out of control. After the first treatment, the water was still a bit cloudy, but after the second treatment (about 3 days later), it cleared up beautifully. We didn’t lose any fish or plants, and everything looks healthy. We plan to keep using it weekly through the summer to stay on top of the algae. For reference, we run a filter and an air stone full time.
