The phone arrived the very next day with no issues at all. It was sold and dispatched by Brightgadget and delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which was fast and reliable. The condition of the iPhone 15 Pro Max was far better than I expected. I genuinely struggled to find any signs of use and it looks and feels like a premium device despite me only buying excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly straight out of the box. The battery health was an unexpected bonus at 100% with just one battery cycle count which completely exceeded my expectations for a refurbished device. I’d been putting off upgrading from my iPhone 12 Pro Max for quite a while but I really wish I’d done it sooner. The performance is noticeably faster, the camera quality is fantastic, the battery life is excellent and overall it just feels like a huge upgrade. For my first refurbished phone, this experience has completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding, the service was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another refurbished phone in the future.
