Also, I rarely write reviews. I spent so much time doing this because I don't have a warranty on my phone. I purchased the Otterbox Defender case and I wanted to have a good screen protector for my phone too. On Amazon, there were sometimes reviews listed for a completely different product, like a baby bottle but it was on the page for a screen protector. Then some other times, all the reviews were done present day which seemed really odd. And there are a lot of screen protectors out there. With the reviews I read, people mostly complained of 3 main things: the screen protector not staying on, clicking sound when touching the screen because there was a gap between the phone screen and the screen protector, and having to push hard on the screen protector because the screen protector was causing the touch sensitivity to be decreased even after adjusting it to a higher setting in the phone. After all this, I began to question if I should have instead bought a phone with a flat screen like my husband's. His screen protector is pretty easy to apply and has worked great. It was only $6.99 on Amazon for 2 protectors. Well, I decided to try this OTAO and it has been great. It was super easy to install. No liquid, which I was concerned about with some of the other screen protectors. It fits beautifully onto the screen, looks just like the actual screen. There is no popping / clicking sound when I touch the screen protector, it fits like a glove. I used my phone for a couple weeks without a screen protector because of being unsure which one to buy. So in regards to its sensitivity, before i applied the screen protector I increased the sensitivity in the phone settings and it is just as it was before i put the screen protector on, no problems with sensitivity. The other big thing I was concerned about was if it would fit with my Otterbox Defender case. I had read that some cases cause the screen protector to pop loose because it fits too close to the screen protector. The Defender case does cover a bit more of the phone than some other cases do. But this screen protector fits perfectly. It would almost seem like this was made by Otterbox because it fits so well with the case. I thought about buying the screen protector from them but it had bad reviews and was much more expensive. Also, the screen protector doesn't hardly collect fingerprints either. I have had the protector on for about 3 weeks and I have only had to clean the phone twice and it was mainly because I had some lotion on my fingers. I have dropped my phone a few times but nothing crazy. Just little drops but the protector has stayed on fine, no cracks in it either. I was not paid to write this review and I did purchase this product myself. I really wanted to write this review because I feel this screen protector works great. I am hoping that if someone else is in the same position I was over a month ago, that they will see this review and try this product because I think you would be very happy with it, especially when it seems like there are so many other screen protectors for the Galaxy S9+ that don't work well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great fit and function. Screen protector has curved edge to fit the curved edge of the Galaxy 9 plus. Touchscreen use is no problem (increased sensitivity of touchscreen under settings). The screen protector works with the cellphone case that I purchased separately.*Update* (less than one month since receiving this screen protector)Very happy with this product, until it failed. It developed a crack down the center of the display. Never dropped my cellphone. It never received any rough treatment. The screen protector now, for no reason that I know of, has a crack down the center. The manufacturer is in China. I have emailed a picture of the broken screen protector and the order number and date to the company as directed by their product literature. No word from them yet.**UPDATE #2**Manufacturer is honoring warranty. They were very responsive to my warranty request. I was provided a discount code and have placed another order. Unfortunately, I get to pay shipping for the second time. The first screen protector fit and worked great, until it (out of the blue) formed a crack down the center of the screen protector. I will maintain a five star rating for this device, due to excellent fit and excellent customer service. If the replacement product fails as quickly as the first one, then I will need to rethink my evaluation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great fit, more protection than films, very good customer service! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2018* I wanted a tempered glass screen protector for more protection for my new Galaxy S9+, rather than the films I had used with previous phones (those bubble and crack and offer pretty much zero protection from falls). This screen protector is very easy to install and does a good job fitting with a phone case. The curved glass fit perfectly. I did notice, the day after I installed it, a rainbow effect on part of the screen. But it never bothered me while I was using the phone since the backlight on the phone masks this. In some lighting there is also a glare on the screen protector, but again, it didn't bother me that much. Also, with the touch screen sensitivity turned up on the phone, I never had any issues using the phone.I did have a problem with a mysterious crack in the screen protector after a few weeks of use. My phone stays in my purse most of the day and I didn't drop the phone, so I'm not sure how it got cracked. But OTAO customer service was very responsive and sent me a new screen protector right away. So I'm very pleased with their quick and accomodating service!
