This is a lovely notebook and great to use, but it doesn't have any note pages. However, there is nothing to stop you using pages here and there for notes as each pages is lined. You can just write across the columns. The end papers at the start and finish are blank, so you could use these 6 blank pages. If you are on a budget or doing a project then this is smart and stylish option. Comes with a lovely pen. Got so much use out of the book, my mother asked for one to keep on top of her budget. Pages are lined & unnumbered with 3 narrow columns (for figures/dates) & 1 wider column. Previously I used a spreadsheet to record my budget. Find using this book much easier & I keep on top of spending with less difficulty than before. I struggle using apps because they never do the layout I like so I prefer account books. I am used other simple ones in the past but wanted one more solid and specifically, that had some kind of fastening. I saw this for such a reasonable price and it came in such a cute colour and with a nice pen (BEST PEN I EVER OWNED BTW) and I have fallen in love with it. Definitely buying one every year from now on. The only thing for me is I would prefer the option to have on in A4 size or to have a double cash column option so that I could put income and outgoings separately but that is just personal preference. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for quality and looks - Cute and functional cashback *by D***Y on 8 October 2017* 4 starts only because of column width - see below.This is a mostly good cash book. I like the size, smaller than A5 but wider than A6 I think. It has a lovely look and feel to it. The elastic is a nice touch as is the 'cash book' leather on the elastic. I like the pen that is provided but I am hoping to get a blue refil - personal choice. The given pen writes beautifully but I just prefer blue ink. It looks much more expensive than it is and looks feels well made.The only question I have is why is the total column narrower than the credit/debit column? I like the filled cell at the bottom of the page for the totals, but I have to squeeze my figures in. The credit/debit column is a good size, so why make the total column smaller?Apart from this, I love the book. I have bought 2 of these. The black one for my son and the red/dark pink for me.
