These are way better than my Beats headphones, there's too much bass and they are not as clear, I am older and no it is not, "all about that bass" for me. I want Clear and Precise! Phone calls work great with these. They let me know when I am getting an incoming call, I can hear perfectly and the person on the other end can hear me clearly. I can go forward and backwards with songs and pause easily. I am very happy with the price and realize the other companies are overcharging.
