Sometimes I do this with fresh fish. Hope this helps. **Q: Does it have a removable drip tray** A: On quick inspection I don’t see how the seal tray can be removed. **Q: Does it work for liquids?** A: Yes, it can seal or vacuum and seal bags containing liquids, though I suggest reading instructions and/or online hints from experienced users that may help to avoid spills or leaks on the way to securing a good seal.
