But as any new program, it takes time to learn. *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2018* I'm using this program to plan our new home. We will be building it in about a year. This will be our 2nd build and using this program our home will be perfect. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Cannot alter the roofline to reality *by D***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2019* You cannot change the roof itself,, you have to change the wall supporting it and if there is a situation that the roof is not exact to the specs of the program, you will not be able to do it. For example, I was trying to draw my existing house which has a hipped roof line. There is a small wall protrusion of about 2' that pushes the hip roof out 2 more feet just in that small section of the wall where in reality the roof eave was just pushed out to meet with the protrusion so that where the protrusion is, I have a 1 foot eave and the rest of the side of the house I have a 3 foot eave. So my roof ignores the protrusion completely so that it didn't need to have a special hipped roof just for it. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Good software with lots of limitations because of anti-theft policy taken to the extreme *by B***H on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2019* If you have a computer with 1 hard drive and always have an internet connection you will like this software. I like the software and have been using it daily and to me it is very easy to use. The problem I have with the software is the company that produces this software has security features built into it that makes it very hard to use if you have a multi hard drive computer. Another thing to keep in mind ( no matter what type of computer you have ) is you have to make sure you have an internet connection on 24/7 or you risk having your just bought software deactivated. Every 14 days this company checks your serial number to make sure it is valid and if you happen to be disconnected for whatever reason when they check, your software is de-activated. What other company does that? I have lots of software on my computer and this to me is a first. You can re-activate the software but this is time consuming. As I have already stated, if you want to install the software on a backup hard drive on the same computer you might want to forget about it. You have to first de-activate the software on the main hard drive and activate it on your second hard drive. I am not talking about installing the software on two different computers which I know is not allowed, just on the same computer. I do this all the time with other software so that if something happens to my main hard drive I have a fully functional backup on my second hard drive. Also, if you buy this software I would suggest buying the DVD so you have a physical copy so you can install it in the future if something does happen to your hard drive and/or computer. So, for the software itself I give it 5 stars. For all the over the top security features for the software and being able to use it on your computer I minus the software 4 stars. So for my overall score I give the software 1 star.
