The printed instructions are easy enough to follow. Boot time is also not too bad (around 10 seconds). The one major issue I have with it is that the sound quality is awful. This unit doesn't seem to be able to handle bass, even at low volume. I tried playing multiple different genres, but be it Metal, Rap, Wave or Phonk, the sound always comes out really garbled and distorted. I usually read files from a USB stick I have plugged in at all times, so I gave the Bluetooth a shot, to see if it would change anything, but it made no difference. A shame because it otherwise has a beautiful display and does in fact, still let you use iDrive by holding the Menu button for 3 seconds. Lastly, audio completely cuts out whenever I shift into reverse.
