There is no latency problem at all. the pairing is fast and remains paired when re-initiated. I have the unit set to transmit from my projector to a blue tooth speaker setup. I leave the power to the bluetooth plugged in all the time. When I turn off the projector and restart it later, sound comes on automatically. I don't have to re-pair everything. The unit also transmits to a bluetooth headset at the same time When the grandkids watch a movie, they listen to the speaker system while I listen through the headset and am not disturbed by their talking, etc. The price is fantastic and I highly recommend. No freebies associated in ant way with this review. ### ⭐⭐ Pure garbage *by P***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2018* Anyone who followed by reviews know that I can be blunt and to the point good or bad. I wanted to say nice things about this however they are inconsistent with syncing up with headphones and other systems. They're unpredictable. Truly unstable and that would not recommend it. I'm sorry that I have to give them a review but it just doesn't work the way it should. And I believe articles should be accurate because you depend on them spend your money. Please consider what I said before you buy. I wanted to add a note here. Some people are being paid or compensated to write reviews that are favorable towards a product. On certain websites. However on Amazon you can count on real reviews from real people. I wish I would have returned this product but I did not. That's okay I'll never lie from this company or this product ever again. Neither will my family or friends. ### ⭐⭐ simplicity of usability *by S***B on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2019* it connects, and if all is powered up it works, however the TV has no audio if it is plugged into this device. even if the device is turned off. so I can't just switch it on to use, and my TV is not convenient to plug in /remove this device. so I don't use it, plus you have to keep both the device and phones charged up.
