I followed the instructions exactly, have the correct kit for my phone and both failed to recognise. After the first failed it asked me to redo the process. This also failed.So £60 spent and none the wiser. For reference, I am very tech savvy, so I cant envision it was an issue with my ability to follow the instructions. After the failures, I turned on the camera, switched to video and turned on the light and played with various partial alignments of both the white holder and the glass samples. I was able to view and record the sperm but it was very very sensitive to alignment.Not sure what to do.
