They do break down and aren't as long lasting. I also feel not all are the same. I've ordered two before then 3 after that and i noticed one got super hot and wouldn't charge. One had a connection issue after about a month of use, (I have a few so it's not that this one was used more then the others) and one that's really slow charging. On the 8th of January 2019, the wall charger decided to quit working. All I have to show for it is a cable. I guess you get what you pay for is the standard phrase on a purchase such as this.
