The spices are quite a bit stronger than the leading competitor. One issue is that even after vigorously shaking sometimes there are quite a few small chunks of spices in my cup. I am not sure if this can be helped but other brands that I have tried do not have this but then again this tastes better and more authentic than the other brands so I'll take it.Also quality control might be an issue because one time I purchased it and it was a bit more thin and less sweet than the other times.
