## Questions & Answers

**Q: why boil milk in it before first use?  anyone know?**
A: This does not apply to this particular tagines. We just washed it and cleaned it and used it right away.

**Q: Can this be used on my induction cooktop?**
A: I think you need a special accesory.

**Q: What's the max oven temperature with this?**
A: I did some more research and found that the catalog says that the max oven temp. is 515 degrees f. Though I believe there's no problem going higher than that, I do want you to know what the manufacturer states!

**Q: How is durability of this tangine? two the older version (with old eh logo) emile henry flame tagines i had broke up the second time i used it.**
A: I am not sure about the cause. We use ours regularly and it is holding just fine. A heat diffuser is needed to prevent cracking. I hope this helps answering your concern.
