Fabulous product btw **Q: Are you supposed to chew these seeds or just swallow them down?** A: you dont chew them or swallow, put the in glass with some water or orange juice mix and drink **Q: How else can i take it as i didnt expect the granules to be that big and they dont dissolve in water? i wonder if i can grind them.** A: I just put one level teaspoon in a cup and pour about one inch of boiling water onto the granuales and leave this for one hour. I the dilute this with some cold water and then drink it. The dose keeps me perfectly regular every day.
