Perfect For Airfryers. - The quality of these Tala loaf tins is exceptional, as is their non stick coating. They are solid, quite heavy, and the non stick coating is impressive. I bought them to use in my Ninja dual air fryer (400), and they fit perfectly, inside a silicone liner to prevent scratching. Ideally they would be a little wider, but such a size doesn’t seem to exist. So far, I have only made 2 or 3 egg omelettes in one, with eggsellent results, but there’s room for more eggs. The omelettes were delicious, & the tin is quickly cleaned by a drip of washing up liquid and hot water, followed by a wipe with kitchen roll. A friend regularly cooks various items in hers, including cakes, and praises them highly. The tins have proved themselves to be excellent value for money. I bought two of these and I am delighted with their performance. They have no seams to retain food and oil. The non-stick is brilliant and the lightest spray of olive oil sees my sourdough loaves straight out of the pan every time. I think keeping any sort of iron based cookware really dry after washing is key and do what my Mother-in-law always did: as soon as cool enough to handle, rinse or wash as needed and pop them back in the still warm oven to thoroughly dry.
