It arrived with damaged packaging (amazon wrote and said they would grant 10% refund for the marks on the mattress, then amazon wrote again saying they were revoking this offer and would not grant the discount!?!?) However I used the mattress (fine for the first week or so) and as the photo shows, it has developed a dent where I sleep on it WITHIN 3 WEEKS!! I will qualify this at this point and at that I am an adult who weighs less than 8 stone, and no jumping has taken place on this mattress to damage it. Obviously awful quality, and the company refuses to pay for it to be returned to them. Avoid!
