Something else with it, but for me it doesn't come across as vanilla! I don't think I gotten any bites while out today so that's a huge win. I will update my review if this changes. I had to take a star away cause it was hard to spray my legs and the spray bottle would drip everytime I tried to buy that didn't stop me because I just used my hands to put the product on hard to reach areas. I love that this dried quickly and let me sticky residue or strong scent. The scent was a nice vanilla that was pleasant. Not expecting this to work 100% since it's an all natural product but I'm happy with my results today. I wasn't outside longer then 30 mins so keep that in consideration. If you are out for hours I'd imagine you have to reapply.
