Buy this one!Now, I sent a tube to a friend whom is Diabetic and had a large wound for several months. He had been putting on Neosporin and all it did was fester for months. He got my package and in 8 days (not kidding!) he was so excited to have a healed nice pink closed wound!Myself, I have a strange callus area on my ankle bone from Yoga matt rubbing that is irritated and won't go away despite the Derma shooting it with Steriods. This has helped keep infection away and promote healing. Am unable to take antibiotics due to allergies. I use this at every dressing change; spread a layer of honey on a 4x4 gauze pad and apply directly to wound. Then cover with other wraps. Needs to be changed daily or every other day. I have not had an infection for 5 years since using the honey. ### ⭐⭐ Honey was crystallized and not eligible for return *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2020* I know honey crystallizes and typically does not affect the product, but was disappointed that this tube had.
