I am having a problem with the telescopic pole instructions. Can someone help please?** A: Without knowing specifically what problems you are having I'm not sure my answer will help. I found the instructions a little confusing in the end we just put the tubes together at an equal ish distance either end and then I secured round with some strong tape. It's worked fine. **Q: are the 8 securing straps included, and what is the height to the top of the hand wheel ?** A: Yes the straps are included. I have moved house so I can’t measure the height but it’s about 45 cm from memory **Q: Could this be used with a kidney shaped pool? After I’ve cut a thermal cover to size** A: Yes **Q: What is the maximum width solar cover will fit on the reel.** A: I haven't measurer Ed the full width but it's big. Sturdy and easy to build although a bit fiddly at times. Comes as 2 parcels which came 2 days apart, which I was not told about so I was concerned as only had half the order without explanation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect roller cover, great price. *by P***E on 2 July 2020* Needed a roller for our above ground framed pool and this was the best option available and for a good price, manufacturing one to made, ridiculous money. A little modification to the holding frame, locally sourced galvanised steel tube bar, Plastic insert fitted like a glove and job done.
