Stop rust in its tracks with Our Rust Encapsulator. This paint-over-rust formula is the easiest way to stop rust and corrosion from forming and prevent existing rust from spreading. It seals metal parts and penetrates beneath the surface to encase rust while leaving behind a paintable surface. Rust Encapsulator can be used as a primer for a variety of topcoats or left as-is if you prefer a low-gloss finish. Ideal for chassis and undercarriage rust prevention. Great product. Been using Eastwood on my truck frame that is one of the notorious models that rust and fall apart. Keeping my 18 year old truck going strong. Live in the northeast with the snow and salt but the coating has been extremely durable and now it's just a few annual touch ups when needed.
