I use 1-2 bags per day and enjoy the green tea flavor. I have also tried jasmine and enjoyed that as well. The only flavor from this brand I do not like is the oolong (it has an off flavor).I find that I can use a tea bag to make two 12 ounce teas without losing flavor. In the flight, the flight attendant asked me if I wanted any hot beverages. I asked for a green tea. She came with a cup with a hot water and a packet of Yamamotoyama Sencha tea. That was the first time I drank this tea and fell in love with it.It smells fresh and has a strong umami taste. The caffeine is not like coffee, in which it hits you hard in about 30 minutes, lasts for a few hours and then you get into a slump. The green tea caffeine builds up slowly and keeps you fresh and awake for a good number of hours before it dials down gradually. The great thing is you never get that slump after the effects are gone. Moreover, it is not even addictive.
