Anything I can do to fix it?** A: Im not sure about fixing it. If you've changed the battery and have adjusted the button and nothing works then replace it. The phone does not have good sound anyway. It is very low to begin with. **Q: Can it go any Louder?** A: I had to.take it apart to make it work, and then you could barely hear it. It was a waste of money for me and it got tossed out. **Q: How do you turn on I received a watch without a box?** A: It should have a box. Maybe it isn't new. I would return it and hopefully get one with a box. **Q: Do you have to turn the Toy on and off for the child play with it** A: There’s a green apple on side of the phone. It slides up and down for on and off. The child can easily/accidentally turn on and off on their own. Great toy, but our screw to battery compartment came stripped so we can’t put new batteries in it.
