I used it in vanilla cupcakes and buttercream, and it worked nicely, especially in the buttercream where the flavour came through more clearly. For baking, I do find that I personally prefer something a bit more potent, as the vanilla flavour can bake off a little more than I’d like. That said, it is still a quality vanilla and I enjoyed using it. I may have also used a little in my coffee… shhh.
