I was able to clean up and lighten my trigger by referring to the author's instructions in contrast to sending the trigger-group out and paying many bucks to have somebody else do it. In the process of working on the trigger myself, I also learned more about it than if I had somebody else do it. That is invaluable to me. Great book.

Quite well detailed with plenty of photographs. Some of the photo details are hard to make out but overall a book I would recommend for anyone with an M1 Garand.
