Regarding the taste, Initially while ordering I thought it might be similar to Dabur Chyawanprash but though it looks similar to Chyawanprash it has its own distinct taste. Its not at all sweet. It has a bitter taste which takes a time to adapt to our taste buds. I thought I would be able to eat it without any supplementary diet but I had to take it with Milk in order to finish the whole spoonful as my mind was continuously fighting with me to throw it away. I had to overcome the fear of bitterness. Once you start adapting to the taste, you will be able to eat it with ease. Just give it some time to your body.
