The look and feel of the prosthesis is fine. I bought this product because they were advertised as a "C cup" but I find that they are more in line with a “B” cup. Note: I suppose that would depend upon the manufacturer of the bra; each one is made slightly different. I would recommend just placing it inside of a push-up bra rather than using adhesive. I found adhesives to be messy, my shirt often stuck to my chest, and I couldn't afford high-grade medical stuff. Simply putting on my bra and then slipping them inside (and placing a shirt over them, of course) gets a very real look.
