The fabric is a little heavier than I expected and so the sweaters will be warm, good for cooler temps (40-60 degrees), not something you wear as temps approach 70 degrees. I am 6’2” and 210 lb and trying to stay in shape, although I would prefer to be lighter. I wanted to avoid having the sweaters look baggy on me, so I went with the LARGE according to the sizing chart, my chest and waist.. They fit perfectly and look good as i had hoped, although there is no room for me to gain weight. I could easily have taken an XL but I am sure I would not like the over-sized look of a loose sweater, when I want to stay fit.
