I also found that if I saturate the area with the spray and then leave it for about 5 minutes, it is much easier to remove. It felt like it took twice as long to remove when using the wipes. **Q: How does this product compare to ConvaTec Sensi-care 413499?** A: It is a little better but not a big difference . I like the top of the can it seems easier to handle and spray come out in a little wider area.
