### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JUST GET THIS ONE

I cannot say enough about this machine! I’ll start with the basics…super easy and intuitive to use, more than enough options, easy to clean, and of course it produces beautiful bread. For tips on use, skip down below. First off, when I say….I AM NEVER BUYING THE STORE BOUGHT STUFF AGAIN, I mean it!! I’ve been baking like a madwoman in this thing for the past few days, trying to perfect a staple recipe for my family. And although each and every loaf has been more delicious than the last, I’ve settled on one French bread and one milk bread recipe that I’ve been able to fine tune to my kitchen’s humidity/climate. They were so amazing that I feel confident I can make any type of bread we could ever want at home and make it taste better than its store bought version. And, of course, it’ll be way more nutritious! And the bread really holds up! I’ve made everything from toast to grilled cheese to delicious olive oil-dipping French bread better than anything you’ll get in a restaurant. It’s a lot of fun to use, way quieter than I had expected, and a serious game-changer in my family’s journey to eat more nutritious homemade foods. To top it all off, I just adore the green color. I’m honestly tired of stainless steel and black (even if this machine looks out of place in my kitchen 😅). It also came with a cute pink oven mitt 😊 TIPS: 1. As mentioned above, I did some fine tuning to find the correct liquid-flour ratios for my particular location. I live in a tropical humid environment and needed to adjust accordingly. Not that the original recipes weren’t absolutely delicious, but the correct dough consistency directly translates to the texture and sliceablitity of the final product. Taking the time to adjust for what’s best for you takes this process and the results to another level. 2. Speaking of recipes, just ask chatGPT. No shame. I didn’t even bother opening the recipe book for this machine because it seems it’s been decided that it just isn’t any good. That’s ok. Most of us are using some random youtuber’s recipes, anyway. 3. Soaking the pan and paddle for about 5 minutes in warm water really does help get the paddle out after baking. So far, I haven’t had any issues with the paddle staying stuck in the bread, so that’s a plus. 4. For thicker doughs, such as milk bread, there might be an annoying squeaking sound during kneading. I haven’t found it to be so bothersome, but I was a bit worried at first. No big deal, just that thicker doughs take more kneading strength and cause the squeaking. 5. Because of my humid climate, I find myself sprinkling a bit of flour during the first knead and maybe scraping the walls. This process is in the very beginning and takes all but a couple minutes to make sure it’s kneading correctly. Then it’s hands-off til it’s done baking. And if I’m being honest, I’ve had a few bakes where the dough was too wet and probably could’ve used some interference but I was otherwise occupied….it didn’t ruin the dough at all. The final loaf just came out a tad lopsided (see pics) but just as delicious. So don’t freak out if it doesn’t seem like it’s going as planned. 6. And finally, it seems that doing a full 2lb loaf in this machine yields the best results, at least for certain breads. French bread does much better as a 2lb rather than a 1.5lb, for example. At least in my experience. Ok, that was much too long. Seriously, get this machine!
