But my granddaughter loves it and uses it frequently and makes different kinds of bread. **Q: Does the aluminum bread pan have a Teflon coating?** A: His was a gift for my granddaughter so don’t know personally. I checked with her and she said the bread slides out leaving the pan very clean and so yes it’s probably Teflon coated. **Q: How to remove the paddles ?** A: You just pull it straight up.. lightly wiggly it as you pull, can be a very tight fit when new.
